Events before the Wall arrives in town:

 


Schedule for the 2016 Labor Day weekend event (free parking and free to visit).

In addition, there will be an exhibit, presentations, a lounge for Vetarans and their family/friends, Mobile Military Museum, military vehicles on display, and Veterans service booths.

Wednesday August 31 Thursday September 1
3PM - 5PM:

Wall arrives under escort of motor bikes, Law Enforcement, Fire, and anyone who would like to ride in the escort.

Route is from Steele County Fairgrounds through downtown Owatonna, up Highway 45 through Medford (13' bridge...)  and trough Faribault (come in at Willow Street, turn left on 4th Street, turn right on Highway 21, turn right on Highway 3), ending at the Rice County Fairgrounds. After the escort we will meet at the Faribault American Legion Post #43 for a social gathering.

Please fel free to participate with motorbike, car, truck, etc. If you like to participate, we are meeting up at the Steele Co. Frairgrounds between noon and 2PM for a 3PM departure.

Meet at Legion Post 43 for a ride that will take us on a 120 mile journey through the rolling hills of Southern Minnesota, ending at Faribault - Rice County Fairgrounds, at the Traveling Vietnam Wall.  All motorcycles and vehicles are welcome to join.  No registration fees.
Afterwards meet at Faribault Elks for burger bar.
